Andrew has his BA (Hons) in Creative Musicianship from Middlesex University after also studying at the Institute of Contemporary Music, Kilburn. He’s recorded, toured and performed around the world, supporting acts such as The Psychedelic Furs, Nick and The Bad Seeds & Patti Smith. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge which, coupled with high-spec teaching facilities, mean he can offer engaging and effective drum lessons for all ages and abilities.

Andrew’s lessons are fun-filled and often student-led. He has a large tried and tested drum syllabus, but it’s also great when a student brings something to the lesson whether that’s a desire to learn a rock song, a new rhythm, genre, technique or anything else that they might have discovered.

Using topics that a student is passionate about makes the learning experience so much more fun and can be used as a vehicle to develop technique, theory, reading and all the other important aspects that are required to make a great drummer.
